Autism, Mental Health and Antifragile

This collection of drawings have been created in weekly workshops run by Antifragile. We create artworks about our complex mental health issues, disabilities and nuerodiversity. Through engaging theses conversations and expressing our lived experience, in the form of art, the organisation runs a yearly exhibition to share our honest and raw stories. Through an exhibition we show the impacts of mental health issues, both negative and positive, to connect with the wider community about the realities of living with complex mental health and living with neurodiverse brains.
